A vintage wooden sewing box with a tambour door.
 
There is a large handle on top for moving it around easily and it is strong and sturdy.
 
The tambour door rolls back and forth easily to open and close the box.
Originally it had a lined interior but that has been removed and cleaned out so now there is a large useful storage space inside.
