It has 4 aluminum hooks at the top and it is in nice condition with a few polished in scuffs all over as you might expect for its age.
 
It is freestanding so it could be positioned almost anywhere such as a bedroom, hallway, or office.

Courier shipping is £45 in England. Local delivery in East London should be cheaper so please ask.
Delivery will be 1 man, ground floor, kerbside and will be 1-2 weeks or sooner. If you are unable to assist the courier and require 2 man delivery then there may be an additional charge.
