A vintage linen cabinet or tallboy with two bottom drawers.
Inside the frame is the UK Board of Trade stamp for wartime utility furniture, therefore dating manufacture to between 1942-1952 (this was a mark of quality whilst using rationed materials during and after WW2).
The unit has some fading on the front but otherwise it is in great condition and has been cleaned inside and out.
The 2 drawers both slide easily and are constructed using dovetail joints. The fronts are solid teak and the carcass is a teak veneer.. The round handles are solid brass and have been polished.
