Vintage Single Wardrobe with Shelves
A vintage wardrobe by respected British manufacturer Austensuite, featuring the UK Board of Trade utility stamp on the back, dating its production to between 1942–1952. This mark was part of the wartime Utility Furniture Scheme — a symbol of quality craftsmanship during a period of material rationing in Britain.
The wardrobe combines a traditional exterior design with a richly grained mid-century teak interior. Inside, it offers a highly practical layout including:
Sliding mirrored doors at the top
