Vintage Coffee Table With Shelf #747

A rectangular side table with lower shelf and silver trim, probably designed as a telephone table originally as it has a lower shelf for a book or similar.
 
The top is a teak veneer and the legs screw off easily which I shall do if posting.  The feet are brass and self leveling. 
 
In very nice condition.
