We found these vintage prints at an antique market a few years ago and have always wanted to get them framed. The time has come and they really look spectacular with the black and gold solid wood frames protected behind the glass.
They were unframed originally and subsequently sustained minor scuffs adding to their authenticity. The prints were in a group of around 100 prints but we only selected 5 of the best ones.
The Last Supper - preparation of the disciples for Jesus's departure.
Annunciation to the Shepherds - an episode in the Nativity of Jesus.
Simeon the Presentation of Jesus - presentation of Christ in the Temple by Simeon.
The Agony in the Garden of Gethsemane - Jesus prays to be delivered from his impending death.
The Annunciation - Other names include the Annunciation of the Lord, the Annunciation of Our Lady, and the Annunciation to the Blessed Virgin Mary - The Angel Gabriel telling Mary that she would bear a son.
